Is there anyway to fundraise?
YES!!! Students can sell Butterbraids. Pick up a form on April 2nd and sell until April 20th. Then the butter braids are dropped off for you to take and deliver! If there is interest in doing another round of butterbraid fundraising in May we can do another!
When will we get more information?
Parent emails will go out soon! There is a GOOD chance it’s in your junk/spam folders! If you don’t see it there, please contact Jenna.Mckeehan@visitcrossroads.com.
Will I get a refund if my student can’t attend?
A deposit of $100 is required to hold students’ registration. All payments are non-refundable.
What should I bring?

When is the balance due?
July 7th the balance will be due. You will get an email from Jenna with a link to pay it.
What will be doing?
Check the schedule posted above for a rough idea!
Should I bring snacks?
We will have some snacks, but feel free to bring your own also.
What about lunch at Eltiches?
Students will need to bring money for lunch at elitches.
